About This Wine
Graševina 2025
Dry White Wine | 100% Graševina (Laški Rizling) | Tikveš Wine Region
Our Graševina 2025 is a wonderfully vibrant, fresh, and elegant expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to celebrate fruit purity, crisp brightness, and effortless enjoyment. Made from 100% Graševina grapes (traditionally known as Laški Rizling) sourced from our sun-drenched vineyards, this wine is fermented and aged exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. By avoiding oak entirely, we preserve the grape's natural vitality, clean mineral edge, and expressive varietal character.
In the glass, it displays a beautiful, brilliant pale-straw color with pale green reflections. The nose is instantly inviting, offering a bouquet of fresh green apples, juicy citrus fruits, and white peach, accented by subtle hints of field flowers and a delicate herbal touch. On the palate, this vintage (12% alc.) is delightfully light-bodied, crisp, and remarkably refreshing. Its lively, mouth-watering acidity is perfectly balanced by fruit-forward flavors, leading into a clean, uplifting, and wonderfully juicy finish. Shaped by the precise hand of winemaker Lazar Ristov, our Graševina is a delicious tribute to the vibrant spirit of the Tikveš terroir.
Serving Suggestion: Best enjoyed well-chilled at a temperature of 8–10°C.
Food Pairing: An incredibly versatile and food-friendly white wine. It pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fresh summer salads, grilled white fish, seafood, roasted chicken, traditional Macedonian pastry (like pastrmajlija or pita), and young, mild white cheeses.
