About This Wine
Pinot Grigio 2025
Dry White Wine | 100% Pinot Grigio | Tikveš Wine Region
Our Pinot Grigio 2025 is a radiant and expressive showcase of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to highlight the unique, sun-drenched character of our Macedonian terroir. Departing from the ultra-lean and neutral styles often found in cooler climates, this exceptional 2025 vintage embraces the natural warmth and brilliant sunshine of the Tikveš region. Fermented and aged entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to safeguard its pristine precision, this approach yields a beautifully expressive white wine defined by riper fruit profiles and an enhanced, luxurious texture.
In the glass, the wine presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with delicate golden and pale-copper reflections. The bouquet is highly inviting and generous, unfolding rich aromas of ripe Williams pear, juicy yellow peach, and sweet red apple, beautifully accented by elegant notes of acacia blossom and a refreshing touch of citrus zest. On the palate, this vintage feels wonderfully round and mouth-coating, reflecting the perfect ripeness of the grapes. This luscious weight is seamlessly balanced by a vibrant, clean, and crisp acidity that keeps the wine uplifted, leading into a long, satisfying, and deeply fruity finish. Under the expert guidance of chief winemaker Lazar Ristov, our Pinot Grigio is a sophisticated, sunny journey through the heart of our estate.
Serving Suggestion: Best enjoyed chilled at a temperature of 9–11°C.
Food Pairing: An incredibly versatile partner at the table. It pairs phenomenally with grilled poultry, seafood risottos, rich pasta dishes with white sauces, pan-seared pork medallions, light summer salads with chicken, and semi-soft cheeses or young Gouda.
