1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Email or phone listed on the Contact page
Please include your order number.
3. Non-Delivery & Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:
Lazar Winery reserves the right to limit future orders from that customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
Damaged goods
Incorrect items
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and photos if possible.
5. Refunds
As payment is made via Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.
6. Force Majeure
Lazar Winery is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, transport issues, etc.).
