About This Wine
The excellence in wine making is always recognized by a successful creation of a wine as blend of several different wines. Chardonnay is the backbone of the wine with 80% bringing ripe tropical aromas and full body to the wine and Malvasia has a role to emphasize the complexity with some citrus fruits, to increase the freshness of the wine. Aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months supports the elegance.
Dry white wine made as a blend of the best selection of Chardonnay and Malvazija grape varieties. Intense golden yellow color with an aroma of mashed apricot, discreet minerality and unusual freshness that comes from the harmonious acidity. The taste is ripe, full, structured with buttery notes and a long aftertaste.
It is served at a temperature of 10-12°C. We recommend it with pasta, pork and fish.
