Our Chardonnay 2025 is a radiant, expressive, and beautifully textured celebration of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to honor the intense warmth and energy of our land. Grown on our sun-drenched Macedonian terroir, where hot sunny days and refreshing nights yield optimal grape maturity, this exceptional 2025 vintage is fermented and cellared entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. By avoiding oak completely, we showcase the pristine fruit purity, natural brightness, and rich, unadorned complexity of the Chardonnay grape.
In the glass, it presents a brilliant, deep straw-yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is instantly welcoming and generous, unfolding layers of ripe yellow apple, juicy honey melon, and fresh pineapple, elegantly underpinned by bright notes of lemon zest and a subtle touch of wet stone mineral nuance. On the palate, this vintage is remarkably harmonious. It offers a round, smoothly textured, and mouth-coating body that reflects our sunny climate, beautifully balanced by a clean, crisp, and refreshing acidity that prevents any heaviness.
