Fortuna Rosé 2025 is a model of elegance, precision, and refreshing clarity, crafted to mirror the world-renowned, sophisticated style of classic Provence rosés. Made entirely from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from our premium estate vineyards, this exceptional 2025 vintage undergoes a short, highly controlled direct pressing. Fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks, this strict approach captures the grape’s bright, energetic acidity and delicate red-fruit framework, creating a premium rosé defined by its bone-dry structure and pale, translucent beauty.
In the glass, it displays a gorgeous, brilliant pale-salmon pink color with silver highlights. The bouquet is remarkably refined and clean, unfolding delicate aromas of crunchy red currant, wild strawberries, and pink grapefruit zest, beautifully grounded by an undercurrent of white blossoms and a distinct, wet-stone mineral edge. On the palate, this vintage is crisp, lively, and incredibly light on its feet.
