About This Wine
Pearl Blanc de Blanc brut is a sparkling wine made with charmat technology where the second fermentation takes place in special tanks under pressure before bottling. The wine is made from a selection of white wines from the Chardonnay grape variety, aged on lees, low amount of sugar residues and almost 4 bars of pressure.
Pearl Blanc de Blanc has a pale yellow color with some green reflections and a rich mousse. The wine has rich aromas of yellow apple, pear, ripe citrus fruits, elegant floral nuances followed by refreshing acidity and a medium body.
It is recommended for consumption at a temperature of 4-6°C with light seafood, Asian cuisine and antipasti.
