Our Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a brilliant, sun-kissed expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to showcase a more voluptuous and tropical dimension of this world-famous grape. Steering away from the aggressively sharp, green, and herbal styles often associated with the variety, this exceptional 2025 vintage embraces the warmth of our Tikveš terroir. Fermented strictly in stainless steel tanks to preserve maximum precision, the result is a beautifully layered white wine focused entirely on lush, exotic fruit purity and elegant texture.
In the glass, it reflects a bright pale-straw color with shimmering silver nuances. The bouquet is immediately captivating and expressive, unfolding rich waves of passion fruit, ripe mango, and juicy yellow peach, elegantly lifted by bright notes of pink grapefruit and a delicate hint of elderflower.
