Pearl Sparkling Brut Rosé is a romantic, vibrant, and highly sophisticated expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted to celebrate elegance, aromatic charm, and effervescent joy. This beautiful 2024 vintage is masterfully produced using the tank method (Charmat method), allowing the wine to retain its pristine fruit profile, crisp energy, and natural freshness. The blend strikes a perfect harmony, combining the structural elegance and brightness of Chardonnay with the seductive red-berry character and complexity of Pinot Noir.
In the glass, it showcases a gorgeous, brilliant pale-salmon pink color, animated by a fine, continuous stream of elegant bubbles. The bouquet is deeply expressive and inviting, offering delightful aromas of fresh wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants, beautifully intertwined with notes of rose petals and a subtle hint of toasted brioche. On the palate, Pearl Rosé is lively, refreshing, and wonderfully balanced. Its crisp acidity and creamy, velvety mousse melt into a long, clean, and beautifully fruity finish (11.5% alc.). Guided by the hand of chief winemaker Lazar Ristov, this sparkling rosé adds a touch of pure, timeless brilliance to any celebration.
