About This Product
Pearl Blanc de Rosé 2021
Premium Sparkling Rosé Wine | Chardonnay 50% & Pinot Noir 50% | Tikveš Wine Region
Pearl Blanc de Rosé is an artisan, deeply complex, and luxurious expression of our winemaking philosophy, crafted for those who appreciate the delicate balance between structural power and poetic elegance. This standout 2021 vintage is produced via the Charmat method but undergoes an extended period of lees aging. This patient cellaring on the yeast builds a magnificent, creamy texture, fine-tuned integration, and sophisticated autolytic characteristics usually found in prestige cuvées. The wine masterfully captures the structural brightness and finesse of Chardonnay alongside the rich red-fruit framework and vinous depth of Pinot Noir.
In the glass, it reveals an enchanting pale copper-salmon hue with brilliant onion-skin reflections, lifted by an incredibly fine, dense, and persistent mousse. The bouquet is highly evolved and multi-layered, opening with refined notes of wild strawberries, dried raspberries, and pomegranate, elegantly framed by savory, rich undertones of toasted brioche, light pastry cream, roasted almonds, and a touch of chalky mineral nuance. On the palate, Pearl Blanc de Rosé is structured and voluminous yet remarkably refreshing. The crisp acidity and smooth, velvet bubbles perfectly carry the rich, yeasty complexity toward a beautifully long, vinous, and sophisticated finish.
Serving Suggestion: Best served well-chilled at a temperature of 6–8°C in a wide tulip glass to allow its complex autolytic bouquet to breathe.
Food Pairing: An incredible gastronomic sparkling wine. It pairs sensationally with duck breast with berry reduction, seared tuna steaks, beef tartare, wild mushroom risotto, smoked salmon blinis, and aged charcuterie or medium-hard cheeses.
