Intensely sweet yet brilliantly balanced, this ice wine boasts an alcohol volume of 9.9% and a rich complexity driven by 320g of residual grape sugar. It unfolds with decadent aromas of candied citrus, dried apricot, walnuts and wild honey, elegantly layered with rich notes of toasted brioche, vanilla, and sweet spices derived from its extensive oak aging. On the palate, it is lusciously full-bodied, vibrant, and velvety, leading to a lingering, opulent finish.
